CARTRIDGE TORCH HEADS - THE RANGE BY MODEL
Torch heads look alike and behave nothing alike. A 75 g pocket head and a 150 g workhorse share a silhouette but not a flame, and the model number is the only reliable way to tell them apart when you reorder. This page sets out the five heads we supply, what each one is for, and which of them sit inside our EN 13611 test scope.
Every entry below is matched to the cartridge you actually hold before the first order - model names are the factory reference, not a fitment promise. Tell us the model and the job, and the quote comes back with the part and the dispatch date.

Head weight is the bare torch head, without cartridge or packaging; carton and dispatch weight are confirmed on your quotation. Test scope refers to report CTG2601200434K-SR04AS (EN 13611:2019/AC:2021); the full report and the tested model list travel with your quotation.
Why publish the gap? Because a buyer comparing three suppliers deserves to know which models are inside a test scope and which are not. 633 and 2008 are not in ours - we will not dress them up as if they were, and if your market needs a tested head for those jobs, say so at inquiry and we will tell you what we can and cannot do.
QUESTIONS
How do I choose between the 604 and the 7001?
Ignition and flame character. The 604 lights with a piezo and carries a built-in air-mix fan, which holds the flame steady in a draught and reaches 1300°C. The 7001 is a manual-ignition head with a solid copper barrel - lighter, simpler, and the lower-cost option for repeated tube work where a fan is not needed.
Can the 633 or the 2008 be supplied with EN 13611 documentation?
Not from our current report, which covers 604, 7001 and the 920 colour variants. If a tested head is a requirement for the job you have in mind, tell us before ordering and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Are these threaded or bayonet cartridges?
Fit is confirmed per model and per cartridge. Send the cartridge you buy locally - standard EN417 threaded cans or an equivalent own-brand - and we will match the head to it before your first order rather than after.
Do you sell these in sample quantities?
Yes. A single head is enough to test the flame and the fit; the head plus test brazing rods pack exists for that purpose. Bulk pricing follows the quantity and the packing you need.
