1. Site use
This site presents products for inquiry. Phase 1 is lead generation - there is no checkout and no online payment.
2. Inquiries & quotes
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order. Prices and availability are confirmed in our written quote; fitment is confirmed before dispatch where requested.
3. Independent spare parts
TorvPro supplies independent replacement parts. Rothenberger, Sievert, Bullfinch, Campingaz and all other brand names are referenced for fitment identification only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands. Verify fit and check local gas-appliance rules (EU GAR / UKCA) before fitting any part.
4. No gas cylinders
We do not sell or ship gas cylinders or cartridges. Butane cartridge torches run on standard EN417 cartridges purchased locally by the customer.
5. Liability
Specifications are provided in good faith and are updated as manufacturer data is confirmed. Figures we have not verified are shown as "on request" rather than estimated. Always confirm dimensions and fit before ordering or fitting.
6. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction applying to a supply are set out in the quotation and supply agreement issued with each order. Nothing here affects your rights under consumer law in your country of residence.
