QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK BEFORE ORDERING

The fourteen things we get asked most often, answered the same way we answer them in an email. If your question is not here, send it over and it becomes number fifteen.

1. Do you ship gas cylinders or cartridges?

Never. We send the torch head, the nozzle or the spare part only - no cylinders, no cartridges, nothing pressurised. Standard EN417 butane cartridges are bought locally by you, which is why every parcel travels without dangerous-goods restrictions.

2. Are you affiliated with Rothenberger, Sievert, Bullfinch or Campingaz?

No. We supply independent third-party spares, and those brand names appear as fitment references only. We are not affiliated with them and we are not an authorised parts channel for any of them.

3. Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?

Both, and the product page tells you which applies. Our EN417 cartridge torch heads are made on our own production line in Changzhou. The burners and nozzles that fit branded torches are sourced and fit-matched by our purchasing team. We would rather split the claim per part than call everything "manufactured".

4. Who is behind TorvPro?

Changzhou Zekang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (常州泽康智能科技有限公司), established 2005, based in Changzhou, China. TorvPro is its export brand. Our Changzhou warehouse despatches more than 3,000 orders on a typical working day across the full range we handle.

5. Where are the parts made and shipped from?

Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. Our registered address is No. 1-48 Longshan Road, Jincheng Town, Jintan District. Orders ship worldwide from that warehouse; dispatch is confirmed in writing on your quote.

6. Do you list prices anywhere?

No. There is no price list, no cart and no checkout. Send the part, the quantity and your destination, and you get a quote - typically within 24 hours on business days.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is negotiated per item rather than imposed as a blanket minimum. A single head is enough to test the flame and the fit before you commit to a carton.

8. How do I pay, and on what trade terms?

Payment by T/T. We work on whichever Incoterm suits your side of the deal - EXW, FOB or DDP to your door. Freight terms and dispatch dates are stated on the quotation, not guessed on this page.

9. Can you tell me which part fits my torch?

Yes, and it is free. Send the torch model, a photo of the old head or nozzle, and if possible the size stamped on it. We confirm the fit before you order - matching the wrong seat is the single most common reason spare parts get returned in this trade.

10. Are your torch heads tested to EN 13611?

Some are, and we say which. Report CTG2601200434K-SR04AS covers the 604, 7001 and 920 variants (as ZK604, ZK7001 and ZK920Y/W/B), tested to EN 13611:2019/AC:2021 by Shenzhen CTG Testing Co., Ltd in January 2026. ICR Co., Ltd issued a Verification of Conformity (No. ICR/VC/HM2601225) valid to 22 January 2031. The 633 and 2008 models are not in that scope.

11. Is that the same as CE certification?

No, and we will not call it that. A test report plus a voluntary Verification of Conformity is not an EU-type examination by a Notified Body. CE marking under GAR (EU) 2016/426 is a self-declaration by the manufacturer; if your import route needs a Notified Body certificate, tell us at inquiry stage and we will say plainly what we hold for that model.

12. Can I see the certificates?

The full test report, the VoC and the RoHS/REACH documentation go out with your quotation or on request. We do not publish the scans on the site because they carry supplier registration details. You can verify the claim from the report number before asking for the documents.

13. What is the difference between EN417 and EN 13611?

They are not the same thing and are often confused. EN 417 is the standard for non-refillable metallic gas cartridges - it describes the can, not the torch head. EN 13611 covers the safety and construction of gas control devices, which is what our torch heads are tested against. A head can fit an EN 417 cartridge without any EN 13611 testing having been done, and vice versa.

14. What if the part that arrives is not what we agreed?

Tell us within 14 days of receipt with the order number and photos, and we replace it or refund you. Fit-matched and made-to-order parts cannot be returned for change of mind - the exact return terms are stated on your quotation, because they depend on whether the part was stocked or made to your specification.

Send your torch model and what you need - we confirm the fit first.
